FAQ's
Gates close @ 9pm, while boarding begins 8pm. We return 12am.
This is a “rain or shine” event.
No individuals under the legal drinking age of 21 will be allowed to board.
We have a new ticketing system now. Once you purchase a ticket online, you will receive an email with a barcode- this is your E-ticket. Simply print out your E-ticket or show your phone with the bar code at the gate.
To avoid confusion, we encourage every group to board at the same time. Mary buys 6 tickets. Mary meets her 5 friends @ 8pm at entry so everyone boards at same time.
All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds- NO EXCEPTIONS
This is a Halloween costume event- Costumes are suggested not required (don’t be a party pooper- dress in costume)
If one wants bottle service, one has to reserve a Table under “bottle service tables.” If one does not reserve the proper Table, one will not be offered Bottle Service at event- must reserve prior to event.
Boarding: 8-9pm + gates close 9pm sharp.
Early arrival suggested.
Parking: Paid street parking + paid parking lots are nearby.
