FAQ's
Gates close @ 8pm, while boarding begins 7pm. We return 11pm.
This is a “rain or shine” event.
No individuals under the legal drinking age of 21 will be allowed to board.
Once you purchase a ticket online, you will receive an email with a barcode- this is your E-ticket. Simply print out your E-ticket or show your phone with the bar code at the gate.
To avoid confusion, we encourage every group to board at the same time. Mary buys 6 tickets. Mary meets her 5 friends at entry so everyone boards at same time.
Check your Spam or Junk Folders. If you still do not see your Barcode Tickets, we can also search for name in person at the event- no problem!
All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds- unless ordered by a public mandate by California law
This is a Halloween costume event. Participate and don’t be a party pooper.
Bottle service is optional, yet available upon request. General admission tickets are purchased in addition to a Table.
Boarding starts 7pm + Gates Close 8pm sharp.
Early arrival is suggested. For Parking- there is a paid parking lot by the Marina Del Rey light tower (pay parking machine).

Unfortunately, we will not honor ticket transfers for online purchases.
