FAQ's
Gates close @ 7pm, while boarding begins 6pm. We return 10pm.
This is a “rain or shine” event.
No individuals under the legal drinking age of 21 will be allowed to board.
We have a new ticketing system now. Once you purchase a ticket online, you will receive an email with a barcode- this is your E-ticket. Simply print out your E-ticket or show your phone with the bar code at the gate.
To avoid confusion, we encourage every group to board at the same time. Mary buys 6 tickets. Mary meets her 5 friends @ 8pm at entry so everyone boards at same time.
All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds- unless it’s California public health related
This is a “Red + Black” color themed event. Dress upscale in one or both colors- (dressing in theme is not mandatory but encouraged)
Bottle service is optional, yet available upon request. General admission tickets are purchased in addition to a Table.
