FAQ's
Boat departs @ 5pm, while boarding begins 4pm. We return 8pm.
This is a “rain or shine” event.
No individuals under the legal drinking age of 21 will be allowed to board.
Once you purchase a ticket online, you will receive an email with a barcode- this is your E-ticket. Simply print out your E-ticket or show your phone with the bar code at the gate.
To avoid confusion, we encourage every group to board at the same time. Mary buys 6 tickets. Mary meets her 5 friends at entry so everyone boards at same time.
All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds- unless it’s California public health related
This is an “All White” themed event. Do you have to dress in theme? No, but don’t be that party pooper. Dress upscale.
Bottle service is optional, yet available upon request. General admission tickets are purchased in addition to a Table.
Departs 5pm sharp.
Early arrival is suggested. For Parking- we suggest either street Parking or nearby Parking Garages.
